5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide and shipping.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • DOLL Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns/exchanges for damaged or defective items only within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, Through our WhatsApp and email.
  • After processing begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • For prepaid orders, a refund (if applicable) will be issued within 5–7 business days.

All content on our website—including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding—is the intellectual property of DOLL Jewels and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
