We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please share photos/videos for quick support.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them through WhatsApp and Email. After that, cancellation may not be possible if processing has started.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method for prepaid orders, and via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders—within 5–7 business days.
